What Is the Refund and Return Period?

We accept returns or refunds within 60 days of purchase under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused and unwashed potty training undies in their original condition and packaging.
  • Used or washed items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

 

Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong items, defective, or damaged item). Return shipping fees will vary based on the shipping carrier you choose.

Returns should only be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Returns sent to the place of delivery without authorization will not be processed.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us at support@bloomingkids.co within 60 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging (with the tracking number visible) and a description of the issue. We’ll verify your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@bloomingkids.co within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

 

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, but it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

 

Items Not Eligible for Refunds
